Hi, I’m Angela McKay, PCC, SHRM-SCP. I help accomplished professionals who are successful but unfulfilled create soul-led careers and lives well loved.

MY STORY

I spent over 25 years in corporate, eventually becoming SVP of HR. On paper, I had it all. Inside, I felt disconnected. I was good at achieving. I was the reliable, capable one who made things work - but I wasn't sure I loved what I was doing anymore.

​

So I created a simple tool: I started tracking what parts of my day gave me energy versus what drained me. That awareness changed everything.

​

I discovered I loved one-on-one conversations where I helped people see their own potential. I was naturally drawn to strategic, big-picture thinking. I thrived when I could blend intuition with practical solutions. Those weren't just "parts of my job"- they were clues to my purpose.

​

I didn't leave my career immediately. First, I started integrating more of what energized me into my existing role. Then, when I was ready, I designed my transition intentionally. In February 2024, I stepped into my business full-time.

​

But it was so much bigger than that. This work didn't just transform my career - it transformed my entire life.

​

As I aligned with my authentic self, I experienced more peace and confidence. I set better boundaries. I became more present with my family. I stopped snapping at the people I loved, because I wasn't carrying the weight of work that didn't fit anymore.

I'm a happier person. My relationships improved. My parenting improved. Everything shifted when my career aligned with my soul.

The same process that transformed my life is now helping my clients do the same.
