I have seen and heard NUMEROUS conversations in relation to our current job market. A conversation that keeps catching my eye is from the folks who are currently in a role, but aren’t loving it:
They aren’t loving their current job, but are afraid to resign without something lined up.
They’ve been looking to leave their role, but can’t find somewhere to jump to even after months of searching.
They feel stuck where they are and hopeless due to the bleak market outlook.
While I know the feeling of being in a role that no longer feels good, I also know the feeling of not having a steady income depositing into my bank account. Sometimes, we get to choose our discomfort. While that might not strike you as a privilege, it is.
My proposal is that you work with what you have until the outlook is a little brighter. Note, if you have a categorically toxic work environment that is causing you real harm, I’m not advising you stay. That’s different. If you’ve simply lost that loving feeling for your role, have outgrown it, are bored, frustrated, feel underutilized, feel stuck, emotional…let’s talk.
I help folks to change their relationship with work. While I have worked with folks who are in transition or desire transition, I have also worked with folks to make good of where they are and to excel where they are. It has allowed for them to “right size” their energy for work and direct more energy to other areas of their life, taking the weight of work worry off of their shoulders.
I have helped an executive to revive her role.
I have helped an employee to see how her role assisted in igniting her life.
I have helped a senior manager speak up for what she wants.
I have helped a director to see the value in her role and how it showcases her purpose and values.
Each of those clients, prior to working with me, was narrowing in on the idea that their only way out was to resign. Instead, each of them has remained in their role, in a good way.
In this tough job market, I want to help folks to be where they are so that they can enjoy the stability of having a role in a not so stable market. To not feel “forced” to add the pressure of finding a new role as we near the holidays…a traditional time of consumer spending and corporate hiring freezes.
Let’s find love for where you are, revitalize it, reignite it. You will feel better. And, bonus, if and when it’s time to move on, you’ll have readied yourself to do so.
I’m not here to stir up fear or recommend that you settle. While the job market is tough, folks are securing new roles. And, if that’s what you want, you’ll do it, too. In this message to you, I’m offering an option that doesn’t involve leaving because options to stay can be tougher to see. It can be tough to see how you can work with what you have when what you have feels uncomfortable.
We’ll change your relationship with work, benefiting you from where you are and where you’ll be.
PRELAUNCH OFFER FOR YOU
I want to offer you this, an exclusive prelaunch offer. Soul-Led Career will be released in full soon, you can get it before the official release.
I’ve been carefully creating this program; testing pieces, finalizing the framework and flow. Soul-Led Career (here is the unofficial unlisted info page that I will finalize soon) was originally designed to be a five to six month program in which we meet every two weeks. However…
I’d REALLY like to try it as a 3-month program in which we meet once per week. The foundation of the program is a framework that allows for you to change your relationship with work. And to transform it into a career that is soul-led, that feels good.
It consists of four transformational sections:
Prep the Space (because if you don’t address the clutter you carry, you’ll carry it everywhere)
Meet Yourself and Your Self (learn to make decisions with wisdom and clarity, rather than fear and scarcity)
Embrace Your Purpose for Impact (intentionally do more of what you’re uniquely designed for)
Soul-Led Career Creation (because a desire without a plan and action is just a wish).
We’ll meet 12 times; 90 minutes in week one and 60 minutes per week in weeks two through twelve. It includes highly-skilled coaching, teaching, a workbook, tarot readings, and Voxer support (Voxer is a text/voice note messaging app).
This program will be likely be released for an investment of $3,600-$3,900 USD (even though its full value is $5,200). I want to find four amazing clients to enroll in the 12-week format. And, I’m offering these four spots for only $1,800 (50% off). Plus, if it would be helpful to you, I can offer a payment plan at no additional cost of $600 per month for three months.
Four prelaunch openings for the weekly version of Soul-Led Career - Only $1,800 each, 50% off.
If my message today resonates with you and if you are interested in one of the four spots, you have two options to grab one:
Say “I’m in” and I’ll send the first invoice and get you onboarded for our work together
Say “This feels right and I’d like to know more before giving a full yes.” (You can, of course, use your own words ;) We will then set up a call to review details so that you can feel great with moving forward.
Don't hesitate, this is going to be so great.
With care,
Angela
