Our beautiful moon makes this planet livable. As it stabilizes the earth’s tilt and rotation, it influences the tides, climate, lighting, and seasonal changes. On humans, its impact ranges from changes in our physical health and sleep, to our mood and more.
And even where we find skepticism in the science, there’s no doubt that the belief of there being a link between us and the moon is longstanding.
The rhythm of the moon phases has guided and fascinated us for quite some time. Many rituals and even physical structures have been created to follow and honor the moon cycle.
