A mantra is a word, phrase, or sound you can use in meditation or throughout your day to achieve a state of mind. Rounding out the Chakra series, today, I’m choosing to discuss a mantra that is connected to your Crown chakra. The mantra of the Crown chakra is “I understand.” And, here we’ll discuss, “I understand deeper truth and connection. I am grounded to the Earth and connected to the Universe.”
There is much peace to be felt when you recognize that you are part of something larger than yourself. That you are both a driver to your life and a witness to your life. That you are here to learn soul lessons individually, but not independently. When you can look at everyone and see that their existence is like yours. That you are a collection of all lessons you’ve learned and will learn on your path to enlightenment.
Our day to day actions and interactions are part of the recipe. They are not our everything and shouldn’t serve as a distraction from our spirituality; our connection to the Universe and our continued path to enlightenment.
Keep your energy grounded to the abundant Earth under your feet. Keep your crown open to Divine light, energy, and vision of the Universe. And say, “I understand deeper truth and connection. I am grounded to the Earth and connected to the Universe.”
