I used THAT word to describe my coaching?!

I’ve said it before and it bears repeating, I help overwhelmed, driven, do-it-all women to take meaningful time for themselves. Why? So that they can catch a relieving breath and do more of what brings them energy and joy.

In a session, I described my coaching as “sneaky” (gasp!) (I mean, it was a conversationally related and appropriate remark, still…) Admittedly, this probably isn’t the best marketing word to use for life coaching. BUT, please let me explain.

I work largely in the self-care and self-discovery space. I help women who find themselves in transitionary spaces (you know, where you feel like where you are just isn’t working for you anymore and something needs to change) to find meaningful and effective ways to prioritize themselves.

Now, in the client coaching journey, we choose a focus. A specific space in which they want to move forward. And, we make great progress on that specific focus. The coolest part though, the “sneaky” magic that happens in the background, or undercurrent, or whatever words seems most impactful here.

With an overall emphasis on meaningful self-care (from one of the seven areas that we evaluate together) and self-discovery, you start to feel a shift occur in your life overall. A new filter in which you view situations. You start to show up differently in all of your spaces. It’s a sneaky…and extraordinarily desirable…part of the coaching journey that I guide clients through. It’s a large part of the “feel better” that I speak of when I reference the process.

So, okay, I will NOT be adding “sneaky” to my marketing keywords. (Perhaps I could think of a different word.) Either way, my clients understand this concept because it connects to the positive perspective shift that they experience in their life overall.

So, what do you say? Want some sneaky coaching?! (For legal reasons, I will clarify here that my coaching is of the highest ethical standards.) LOL! If you haven’t already, go ahead and grab the FREE guide I’m offering, Seven Ways to Self-Care (button in the header). In it you’ll find out what self-care actually is and how you can get your journey started. And, if you decide that it’s time to feel better, I can help you to take the next step.

Until next time, take care. -Angela
